主要产品简介:
车制碳管: 按本厂标准专门生产的人造石墨作为原材料,电阻稳定,重复性好,精度高。(不推荐)
模压碳管:我厂2003年将模压碳管开发成功,并最先应用于合成人造金刚石,继之应用于复合片的合成。具有专利技术。目前国内大部分公司采用模压碳管合成复合片。(推荐)
切割碳片,模压碳片:在实际使用中各有特点,可以根据不同需要选用。
碳发热片:分为超薄型发热片(厚度0.5mm-0.9mm)和厚型发热片(1mm以上)。根据合成的需要,电阻可以调整,以满足不同的合成条件需要,作用在于调整合成棒的温差与合成时间。
保温片:根据保温的需要,可以设计成不同的材质与结构,达到降低合成电流,有效的保温并克服温差,提高合成的安全性。
盐管,盐杯,盐片:采用优级纯与分析纯级的优质氯化钠生产,纯净,致密,尺寸精度高。
瓷管,瓷杯,瓷片:材料采用高纯度氧化镁,本厂最早开发出瓷管,瓷杯应用与金刚石合成.目前瓷管,瓷杯,瓷片可以根据设计与合成的需要用于复合片的合成,与碳管,盐管,锆管等设计成不同结构,具有特殊的效果.主要特点是使复合片的合成更稳定安全,有效提高重复一致性与成品率。客观上也有利于整个压机的安全运行。
氧化锆管/锆杯/锆片:分析纯级二氧化锆做成的此类产品是长时间高温高压条件下目前最好的绝热保温材料。可用于大单晶与复合片的合成。还可以做成需要绝热保温位置的结构件。

Molded carbon tubes: Our factory successfully developed molded carbon tubes in 2003 and first applied them to the synthesis of synthetic diamonds, followed by the synthesis of composite sheets. Possess patented technology. At present, most domestic companies use molded carbon tubes to synthesize composite sheets. (Recommended)
Cutting carbon sheets and molding carbon sheets: Each has its own characteristics in practical use and can be selected according to different needs.
Carbon heating pads: divided into ultra-thin heating pads (thickness 0.5mm-0.9mm) and thick heating pads (over 1mm).
